The New Notification center clear and neat.Though it looks the style use in IOS they have made some changes like curved  and round icons etc.We can access the notification slider in swiping from right and to see notification we just have to swipe down.
There is also an option to switch to old notification slider for those who don't like this.
5.APP INTUITIVE VISUALS AND APP ANIMATION:


The new app animation looks fresh with new animations in MIUI built in applications.These applications looks pretty good in both Light and dark mode.
 

The new visuals in the settings app look clear in statistical data than before in short space area and the animations in storage,about phones looks fresh.
6.PRIVACY PROTECTION:
 
The MIUI 12 has more concentrated in privacy protection.it seeks for the permissions from the user for background process like camera,locations etc.It gives you a alert message when ever sensitive actions are being used and also we can view the statistical data of individual app behaviour.

7.SYSTEM WIDE DARK MODE:

The system wide dark mode force every app in the phone to work in dark mode 
8.WHAT ELSE MIUI 12 CAN DO?
 
  • Floating Options:The floating window makes easy for the user to do multitasking.it had with more options than in MIUI 11
  • Camera Options:We can no change the ratio of camera in options itself instead of going and changing in the settings
